ARED FUND is a real estate development fund established in February 2010 by AUDI CAPITAL (SAUDI ARABIA) under the rules and regulations of the Capital Markets Authority of Saudi Arabia (CMA) and in compliance with the requirements of Islamic Shari’ah. The fund manager is AUDI CAPITAL (Saudi Arabia), a fully owned subsidiary of BANK AUDI LEBANON.
The developer of the fund is URJUAN REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT Co. The objective of the fund is to develop high-end residential projects targeting upper middle class Saudi nationals. Under ARED FUND exisit four development projects. Having two of these project near completion, one under development and the fourth in the planing phase.
